Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a beautiful pool and beach area, making it a great spot for relaxation. The staff are warm and welcoming, which makes for a friendly atmosphere. However, the dining options left much to be desired, with food being mediocre and often reused. Additionally, the value for money doesn't feel quite right, especially for non-members, and the overall experience may not cater well to families with young children.
Overall, I had a wonderful week at Paradise Village. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was great for walking along the beach and accessing local restaurants. However, I did experience some challenges with the room noise and a bit of confusion during the check-in process. While I enjoyed some aspects of the dining, others could use improvement. This resort has potential for a relaxing getaway with a few tweaks needed.
Overall, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The grounds were beautifully maintained, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was quite nice. However, the check-in process was lengthy and there were issues with the all-inclusive service not meeting expectations. The dining options left much to be desired, and several fees seemed excessive. It was a mixed experience, and I'm not sure if I'd return given the service inconsistencies and extra costs involved.
Our experience at Paradise Village was mixed. While the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were very attentive, there were some hiccups during check-in and issues with lost items. The dining options could use improvement, but the entertainment and activities available made for a fun stay overall.
